We cater to a class size of up to 10 participants to keep the experience intimate and supportive.

Our Facilitators are experienced in their field and modality and bring a high quality of ethics, professionalism and wisdom to the group.

Most courses run for 10 weeks during the NSW school term.

  • What happens if a course is full?
    If a session has reached capacity, it will be marked as unavailable on the calendar. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

    Is parking available?
    Yes — parking is available at Penrith Westfields or nearby street parking.
