Meditations and Group Sessions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Mysterys. By booking a group meditation or session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Service Description
We offer group meditations and healing sessions designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and spiritual growth. These sessions are conducted in a group environment and focus on shared energy, mindfulness, and collective healing.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking: To secure your place, select your desired group session and time slot through our online booking system.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via Stripe, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the original session without additional charges.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session are subject to availability and may incur a $30 fee.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your booked session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the sceduled session time. Arrivals later than the start time, may result in forfeiture of the session. No refund will be granted.
Health & Illness: To maintain a safe and comfortable group environment, please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms. You may contact us within the 48-hour period to discuss rescheduling options.
Behaviour in Group Settings: Respectful, considerate behaviour towards facilitators and fellow participants is expected at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without a refund.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Group sessions are conducted in a shared environment; however, individual privacy and confidentiality will be respected.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Our group sessions are intended for relaxation, wellbeing, and spiritual support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. By booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
10. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants.
Avoid behaviour that may cause disruption, discomfort, or distress to others.
Follow facilitator instructions to ensure a harmonious and safe environment.
Mysterys reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches this Code of Conduct without issuing a refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All session materials, content, and methods are the intellectual property of Mysterys and may not be reproduced, shared, or used without prior written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be managed in accordance with the laws of NSW Fair Trading.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NSW, Australia.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
