After booking, Mysterys will confirm the arrangements for your reading before your appointment.
If your reading is by phone, your reader will contact you on the number you have provided at your scheduled time. We recommend finding a quiet, private and comfortable space where you can relax, speak openly and enjoy your reading without interruption. There is no need to travel anywhere — just find somewhere comfortable and private where you can enjoy your session.

If you experience difficulty connecting to Google Meet or your connection drops during the session, please contact Mysterys as soon as possible.
Where possible, we will work with you to reconnect and continue your reading. If a significant technical issue prevents the reading from taking place, we will discuss the most appropriate way to complete or reschedule your session.
