Terms and Agreement for

Reiki Training

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Reiki training sessions booked online with Mysterys. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through our booking system.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • The remaining payment is due on the day of your training.

  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled training will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

    • Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled training will be eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training are non-refundable.

  • Provider cancellations:

    • If Mysterys must cancel for any reason, you will be offered a full refund of the deposit paid or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule their training session up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule requests within 48 hours of the training will be considered at the discretion of Mysterys.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

4. Attendance

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled training. Late arrival may reduce your training time, and the full fee will still apply.

  • If you fail to attend without notice, your booking will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.

5. Health and Safety

  • Reiki training involves face-to-face instruction. By attending, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate.

  • If you are unwell, please notify Mysterys as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

6. General Terms

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent.

  • Mysterys reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or content of the training where necessary.

  • All course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Agreement

By booking a Reiki training session with Mysterys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
