Terms and Agreement for

Workshops

These Terms and Agreement apply to all Workshops delivered by Mysterys. By enrolling in a workshop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Structure

  • Mysterys worksshops are delivered over a set time frame.

  • Dates and times confirmed at enrolment.

  • Sessions are delivered face-to-face unless otherwise communicated.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking (unless otherwise stated) to secure your place.

  • The balance must be paid in full prior at the commencement of the workshop, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

  • Payment plans are available; however, the full workshop fee remains payable even if you choose not to complete the workshop for any reason.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel 7 or more days before the workshop commences, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days of the workshop start date, no refund will be provided.

  • Once the workshop has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

4. Rescheduling and Attendance

  • Rescheduling of individual sessions within the workshop may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded.

  • If Mysterys cancels a session, an alternative date will be offered.

5. Commitment to Payment

  • Enrolment in a workshop represents a commitment to complete full payment of the workshop fee, regardless of attendance or completion.

  • Failure to make payments under an agreed payment plan may result in exclusion from the workshop until the account is settled.

6. Health and Wellbeing

  • By attending, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in the workshop.

  • If you are unwell, please contact Mysterys to discuss possible adjustments.

7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials are provided for personal use only.

  • Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission from Mysterys.

8. Agreement

By enrolling in a workshop with Mysterys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Terms and Agreement.
